I am again submitting a review and rating to Rubi Feliciano. I was not able to check the Responsiveness, Market Expertise, Negotiation Skills, professionalism & Communication. I now have checked 5 stars rating. If there is a ten rating, I will check ten. I am informing anyone that you can rely on Rubi Feliciano to sell your house at the shortest possible time. She is very kind, easy to talk to and she is very comfortable to talk to. She attentively listens to me to any problems that occurred during the process of selling my house. I totally put my trust on her ability and capabilities to sell my house.

My wife bought the house back in September 2023 from Rubi. She was very helpful from the beginning all the way to the end of the process. She also maintains relationship/contact with her clients post sale/transfer. We like how she is very accommodating to our questions and we feel genuinely cared for.
