About Rubi

Allow me to introduce myself — I’m Rubi Feliciano, a dedicated and experienced real estate agent with Realty One Group. My journey in real estate began in 2005 when I obtained my license, and I actively practiced until 2012. After relocating to Colorado for a period of time, I returned to Las Vegas in 2022 and proudly resumed my real estate career.

I have a deep passion for real estate and bring the highest level of integrity to every transaction. A large portion of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals, which I believe speaks to the level of service and care I provide. In 2008, I was honored to be voted a Five Star Award winner for Best in Client Satisfaction — an award given to less than 3% of real estate agents in the valley — a recognition that truly reflects my commitment to my clients.

In addition to helping clients buy and sell homes, I am also a real estate investor and manage my own properties. My experience includes short sales, working with investors, assisting out-of-state clients, and serving as a REO Specialist. This diverse background allows me to offer a well-rounded perspective and tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs. I also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, which has strengthened my attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to serving others.

Outside of real estate, I am a devoted mother of three. Supporting my children’s education and success is incredibly important to me, with my youngest child won the Nevada National Spelling Bee and represented for Scripts National Spelling Bee Competition in 2023 and that same dedication carries over into my work with my clients.
